At BAE Plumbing & Heating, we’re keen to support the next generation of plumbing and heating engineers. We regularly take on apprentices from Stamford College and Tresham College, giving them the opportunity to gain practical, on-site experience alongside qualified engineers. Working in real homes and properties allows apprentices to build confidence, develop key skills, and understand how the trade operates day to day — not just in theory.
To apply for an apprenticeship placement, candidates must have successfully completed their first year of college training. This ensures they have a solid grounding before progressing into more hands-on work. For those who are earlier in their studies, we also offer work experience placements, providing a valuable insight into the industry and a chance to see whether a career in plumbing and heating is the right path for them.
